In cases where the guaranteed snow applies, which may be no earlier than 48 hours before arrival, the customer is offered a new accommodation if possible, or a refund of the entire event. Sembo is not responsible for snow quality or severity of open slopes or ski trails. The current snow situation or the number of open slopes at the destination cannot be seen as an expression of whether the snow guarantee will be triggered or not. Sembo makes reservations for weather changes during the stay. Commenced stay cannot be changed or refunded due to changing weather conditions.
