Sometimes the holiday does not turn out as expected. We often set high expectations for our vacations, and there are times when reality does not exceed them.
If you find obvious faults with your accommodation or other products that you have purchased from us, you can make a complaint. A complaint shall be made as soon as the fault/deficiency is detected, and shall be made in writing.
We recommend that you read our terms before you make a complaint. Then please use the mail form below. Describe your case with as many details as possible and do not forget to enter your reservation number. Do you have receipts and would like to be paid for expenses, please attach them.
