This is the assistance we provide when purchasing our service package for flights.
- If there are any schedule changes, we will find the best possible alternative for you.
- Booking of luggage and special luggage such as baby carriages, golfbags and ski equipment.
- Ordering special meals for the flight.
- Assist you with cancellations and changes in emergencies.
- Register a bonuscard with the airline.
- All of this + access to our customer service department if you have any futher questions regarding your reservation.
All of this is available for only £15.00 per reservation. Do not forget to add this offer to your reservation. You are able to add this service to your reservation up until your departure. This is made through "My booking" on our website, use the information on your travel documents to access the page. You can also communicate directly to the customer service department via "My booking".
Possible fees from the airlines will apply. The price for the service package will not be reimbursed when cancelling trip or when airlines are unable to confirm requests. If the departure date is withing 3 days, we kindly ask you to contact us via e-mail or phone and convey your requests. Keep in mind that requests forwarded to us less than 3 days before departure can not be confirmed. If you, the passenger, has serious food allergies you must contact the airline directly and convey this information.
