We offer a lowest price guarantee on our accommodation. If, against the odds, you find the same accommodation cheaper with another company, you get the price difference back. To claim your "lowest price guarantee", you must contact our Customer Service immediately after your booking (no later than 48 hours after the booking was made) with all information about the other offer including a link to the relevant company where the lower price is clearly stated.
For the Lowest Price Guarantee to apply, the following criteria must be met:
- The second offer must be bookable online on a Swedish travel site and be valid for the period in question.
- It is the same hotel/accommodation
- Same check-in and check-out date
- Same room type/apartment type
- Same room conditions including cancellation conditions, meals and other possible conditions
- Your original booking with us can be rebooked
You cannot claim the Lowest Price Guarantee if:
- You use member discounts or other discount codes.
- You have booked at a special vip price or regular guest price.
- You take advantage of offers from customer clubs or loyalty points
- You use special offers provided by the property or other reward programs
- You book unspecified, i.e. you do not know which hotel/accommodation or which type of accommodation you will stay in until after you have booked.
- You have not contacted us within 48 hours of booking.
- You have booked a room that is "Non-refundable".
