Service package is a service we offer our customers who book airline tickets.
You order the service package at the same time as the flight ticket, but you can also buy the service package at any time before departure and even when you have traveled abroad.
If you have not booked the Service package, we refer you to the airline's website, where limited help is available.
The service package includes the following:
-Find the best possible options in case of schedule changes (according to the airlines' instructions)
-Send request to the airline for special luggage such as golf equipment etc.
-Order special diet when meals are included (usually not included on domestic flights and flights within Europe)
-Find the best options and fees when you want to rebook your ticket (airline fees apply)
-Add your bonus card with the airline
-Help with name change (In cases where the airlines allow this, the airlines' fees are added)
-Help with booking luggage and seating where this is possible (airline fees apply)
For flight tickets booked with low-cost airlines such as Ryanair, Easyjet, etc., all requests regarding changes and possible additions must be made directly to the respective airline.
