Double bookings

If you as a the customer, or another person in the same party, makes several bookings with the same flight, in the same name and with the same e-mail address, the airline can automatically cancel all bookings. The airlines do not take into account where identical bookings have been made, i.e. if the booking was made via different travel agencies or via the airline's own website.

In order to avoid double bookings, you should not make the same booking with different travel agencies or websites.

Sembo is not held responsible for these cancellations regardless of whether the booking was made on another website or via a travel agency.

In most cases, the airline does not make exception for refund due to double bookings. In order for us to check with the airline about a possible refund, you must have added a service package to your booking and we will charge an administrative fee to handle the case.
