If you or someone in your travel party makes more than one booking with the same flight, using the same name and email address, the airline may automatically cancel all bookings. This can happen even if the bookings were made through different travel agencies or directly on the airline’s website. The airline does not check where the bookings were made—only that they appear identical.
To avoid this, you should never make the same booking through multiple websites or agencies.
Sembo is not responsible for cancellations caused by double bookings, no matter where the duplicate booking was made.
In most cases, airlines do not allow refunds for double bookings. If you have added a service package to your booking, we can contact the airline and check if a refund is possible. Please note that we charge an administrative fee to handle this request.
