Sembo can only guarantee check-in at the times listed.
If you arrive outside the stated times:
You must arrange this directly with the reception or key office.
If you are delayed, contact the reception/key office as soon as possible.
In case of a considerable delay, you may not get access to your accommodation until the next day (note that reception may be closed on Sundays).
Any extra overnight stay required will be at your own expense.

Contact the reception/key office directly.
