When can special meals be requested?

  • Special meals can only be requested on flights where meals are included

  • Meals are usually not included on domestic flights or flights within Europe

How to make a request

  • If you need a special meal due to allergies, dietary preferences or if you are travelling with a child and want child-friendly meals, you must contact our customer support

  • Our team will send the request to the airline on your behalf

Important conditions

  • The request must be made at least 48 hours before departure

  • A Service Package must be added to your booking in order for us to send the request to the airline
