What's included in the service package for flights?

When you purchase our service package for flights, you receive assistance with the following:

  • support in case of schedule changes – we help find the best available alternative

  • booking of standard and special baggage, such as baby strollers, golf bags or ski equipment

  • ordering of special meals (when available on your flight)

  • assistance with cancellations and changes in emergency situations

  • registration of your airline bonus card

You will also have access to our help for any further questions about your reservation. Additional fees from Sembo or the airline may apply depending on your request.

You can add the service package through "my booking page" on our website using the details found in your travel documents. From there, you can also contact us directly.

Please note:

  • the service package fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel the trip or the airline does not confirm your request

  • If the departure date is within 3 days, we kindly ask you to contact us via e-mail or phone to further convey your requests. Keep in mind that requests forwarded to us less than 3 days before departure can not be confirmed. 

  • if you have serious food allergies, you must contact the airline directly

If you did not purchase our service package, we refer you to the airline’s website for any assistance.
