Can I change my flight ticket if I did not book a "Flexible ticket"?

First, you need to ensure that you have our Service Package added to your reservation. This can be added at the time of making your reservation, or when you already made your reservation, via your booking page at Sembo. Provided that the airline allows a change, there may occur an extra charge for this. The airline and Sembo will charge a fee.
We are following each ticket rule and some airlines do not allow any changes, in that case a whole new ticket needs to be purchased at today's prices and the old ticket is lost.
To ensure that we can process your request prior to departure, you will need to add the Service Package and forward your request to us latest 48 hours before original departure time. If we receive the request later than this, we unfortunately have no opportunity to change.
