Why flight prices go up and down

Flight prices are dynamic and can change many times during the day. A ticket may be cheaper one moment and more expensive the next – or the other way around.

Prices are set by the airlines and depend on things like the day you book, the time of day, and how many people are booking flights at the same time. There is no price guarantee.

Once your booking is confirmed, the price at the time of purchase applies, even if the price changes later.
