I have a cancellation insurance and I want to cancel

If you wish to use your cancellation insurance, please note that the booking must be cancelled before the scheduled outbound flight. Cancellations needs to be confirmed via email.


The insurance applies in the event of acute illness, accident or death affecting you, your travel companion, spouse/partner, child, parent or sibling. The reason for cancellation must not have been known at the time of booking. It does not cover complications from pregnancy after the 30th week or known illnesses at the time of booking.


After cancellation has been made you must submit a valid medical certificate no later than 14 days after the cancellation date. It must refer to the specific trip, be signed and stamped by a doctor, and include contact details. The doctor must clearly advise against travel due to a sudden and serious condition.


If approved, we will refund 95% of the cancellation cost, excluding the cancellation insurance fee, the 5% deductible, and any non-refundable products.
