Service Level, is an optional add-on that can be purchased when booking your flight ticket. You can also upgrade to a higher service level at any time before departure, and in some cases even during your trip.
There are three levels: Limited, Basic, and Premium.
If you choose the Limited service, our customer support is not included, and assistance requested later will incur a service fee.
For Basic and Premium, the following services are included:
Customer service support for changes, cancellations, and other flight booking assistance
Priority support via dedicated phone and email channels
Booking of special baggage such as strollers, golf bags, or ski equipment (airline fees may apply)
Ordering of special meals, when available on your flight
Assistance in emergencies related to cancellations or changes
Registration of your airline loyalty program card
Assistance in finding suitable rebooking options and applicable airline fees
Support with name corrections when permitted by the airline (airline fees may apply)
Assistance with baggage and seat reservations where possible (airline fees may apply)
Help with airline compensation claims according to EU delay regulations
A hotel gift card for future accommodation bookings
For flight tickets booked with low-cost airlines such as Ryanair, Easyjet, etc., all requests regarding changes and possible additions must be made directly to the respective airline.
