The rebookable ticket service must be selected and paid for at the time of booking. It cannot be added afterwards.
This is Sembo’s own product, which means the ticket cannot be rebooked through the airline. All changes must be handled by our flight department.
If you wish to make a change, you must email our flight department during their opening hours: weekdays from 08:00 to 15:00 CET (excluding public holidays), and no later than 48 hours before the original departure time. Requests sent outside these hours cannot be processed.
The rebooked journey must be completed within one year from the original booking date. Rebooking is subject to seat availability. If the new flight is more expensive, you will need to pay the fare difference. Changes can only be made with the same airline as in the original booking.

the order of flight segments must remain the same and the destination cannot be changed
stop overs are not permitted
the service can only be used once and becomes invalid after the outbound flight
the service fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel the trip
if a discount or campaign price is lost due to changes, you pay the difference
Sembo does not provide visa, passport, or entry requirement advice
you are responsible for rebooking any add-on services like baggage or seats
if a passenger misses a leg of the journey, the service is void
all communication about changes must be by email and confirmed by you
Sembo will not modify any booking without written consent, unless the change is initiated by the airline
