Why are response times for flight inquiries longer than usual right now?
Due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East, a large number of cancellations and rebookings—especially on flights to and from Asia—are affecting our operations. Unfortunately, this has led to longer-than-normal response times for flight-related inquiries.
How are you handling cancellations and rebookings?
We are contacting affected customers to assist with rebooking or cancellation. With many cases ongoing, we’re prioritising requests by departure date.
What happens when the airline resumes routes – can I get my tickets back?
No, once a ticket is cancelled, it cannot be reactivated. A new booking must be made.
Do I need to contact you if my trip isn’t for more than three days?
No—you don’t need to submit an inquiry if your departure is more than 3 days away. The situation is evolving quickly, and we don’t yet have detailed information from airlines for later dates.
I cancelled my flight but now want to use the tickets – what can I do?
Once your flight has been cancelled and the refund process has begun, the tickets can no longer be used or reinstated. Unfortunately, it is not possible to stop or reverse the cancellation once it has been processed with the airline.
If you still wish to travel, you will need to make a new booking. Please note that the refund process can take 1–2 months, depending on the airline’s handling times.
What should I do if I have other, non-urgent questions?
If your request is not related to an imminent trip, please hold off on contacting us until the situation calms down. This allows us to assist those travelling soon as quickly as possible.
