Longer response times for flight-related inquiries

Important: We're currently experiencing high demand.

During the busy summer travel season, we’re focusing on assisting travellers with departures within the next 7 working days.

If your trip is scheduled for later, we kindly ask you to wait before contacting us. This helps us keep our lines open for those with urgent or time-sensitive needs.
We appreciate your understanding—it helps us support more travellers, more efficiently.

Where can I find flight status updates?
Please check your airline’s official website for the latest updates. There, you’ll find the most accurate information on schedule changes and cancellations.

Why is it taking longer to get help with flights?
A large number of summer travellers, combined with recent disruptions affecting flights to and from Asia and the Middle East, have increased the volume of rebookings and cancellations. This means our response times are currently longer than usual.

What happens if my flight is cancelled or changed?
We are contacting affected travellers in order of departure date. If your flight is impacted, we’ll help with rebooking or cancellation as soon as possible.

Can I reuse a cancelled ticket if the airline resumes the route?
Unfortunately, once a ticket is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. You’ll need to make a new booking.

My departure is more than 7 days away—should I contact you?
No need! The situation is developing day by day, and airlines often release details closer to the departure date. We recommend checking back closer to your travel time.

I cancelled my ticket but want to travel anyway—what are my options?
Once the refund process has started, the original ticket can’t be used. You’ll need to book a new ticket. Refunds usually take 1–2 months, depending on the airline.

Have a general question that’s not urgent?
To help us prioritise travellers with imminent departures, please wait to contact us unless your issue is time-sensitive. We’ll be happy to assist you once things calm down.
